In our search for alternatives to kratom (since the DEA is going to put a nationwide ban on kratom), we found two other options to “Mitragyna Hirsuta” and “Mitragyna Javanica”, our first two products we sell as an alternative to kratom. The two new products are called Akuamma Seeds & Blue Lotus, and are usually described as addressing one or more of the specific benefits of kratom. Akuamma Seeds

Akuamma seeds have a rich history across the continent of Africa. The seeds originate from the Akuamma tree (Picralima nitida) and contain “akuammine” as their chief alkaloid. Though technically an opioid, akuamma seeds don’t exactly deliver the effects of classic opiates. At the same time, its actions on the kappa receptor give them tremendous analgesic potential. In fact, the dried seeds have traditionally been used medicinally throughout West Africa for hundreds of years. Five alkaloids (akuammidine, akuammine, akuammicine, akuammigine and pseudo-akuammigine) were isolated from the Akuamma seeds to provide this effect.

Blue Lotus

Another one of our kratom alternatives is Blue Lotus. It contains nuciferine in varying amounts and has been used for thousands of years in Africa and India for its pleasant effects. It is an all-natural, herbal substance that can be used in a number of different ways. It can also be used as a sleep aid, natural anti-anxiety remedy, and stress reliever. Along with nuciferine, Blue Lotus also contains aporphine, which will give you feelings of calming euphoria.
